What we collect
When you request a quote or ask us to book your car in, we ask for your vehicle registration, the service you need, your name and a phone number. Email is optional. Anything you type into the “notes” box is stored with your request.
We use this information for one thing: to contact you with a price and to arrange the work on your vehicle. We don’t sell it, share it with marketers, or use it for anything you haven’t asked us to do.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests for as long as they’re useful for running your booking and our records. If you’d like us to delete your details, email kev@nottinghamtuning.co.uk or ring the workshop and we’ll take care of it.
